    IT SHOULD BE NOTED! There are 3 basic ways to remove the CV axle. Depending on YOUR model vehicle some will work and SOME WILL NOT WORK ! :-/

    1st way – Unbolt the strut from the steering knuckle as I did in this video and swing the hub and assembly down out of the way.

    2nd way – Remove the brake caliper and hub assembly, then pull the CV axle through the same hole if its large enough to fit.

    3rd way – Remove the tie rod and lower ball joint and swing the hub and strut outward to remove the CV axle. (nylon tie rod nut replacement required)
