Fill Aluminum Holes with a Propane Torch

This aluminum air conditioning line is repaired without pre-cleaning the base metal. Super Alloy 5 makes easy work of all aluminum welding projects. Depending on the thickness of the aluminum, a propane torch or an oxyacetylene torch can be used (for thicker aluminum)

Super Alloy 5 flows like a silver solder and bonds at 30,000 psi. The accompanying flux cleans the metal and turns to a liquid when heated to 600 degrees, indicating the proper temperature of the base metal.

Super Alloy 5 is perfect for repairing cast aluminum or regular aluminum.
