Dual Fanuc R-2000 robots tighten bolts on a transmission assembly . Each robot is equipped with 2 servo-driven nutrunners. One of the nutrunners is fixed in position with the 2nd positioned via a Fanuc auxiliary axis servo motor. This allows for the simultaneous tightening of 2 bolts even when the bolts are on different centerlines.
