I countersunk it 2″. I bought this to work on my Doodlebug and minibike Engines and was so impressed, I had to show you. That’s a metal gear housing to. And its got a one hour smart charger so your not gonna burn your battery up forgetting it on charge.. Battery life is the best yet. What a deal for $32 with coupon. Cons: Still need the Ingersoll Rand twin hammer air wrench to break the head bolts and flywheel nut/ meaning use what you got now. Thanks for watching
Collapsible or Non-Collapsible. No nonsense quick video on how to install both a collapsible buffer tube and non-collapsible buttstock / buffer tube.
Note: Be sure you are installing the correct buffer spring for your application.
Collapsible procedure starts at 00:17.
1. Insert rear takedown detent pin if not already done. Insert rear takedown detent spring.
2. Thread collapsible buffer tube onto lower receiver until it gets close to the buffer retainer hole.
3. Insert buffer retainer spring and then insert buffer retainer.
4. Push down on buffer retainer with finger and finish threading on the buffer tube. Go just past the point that will keep the retainer down on it’s own.
5. Push end plate / sling adapter up against the back of the lower receiver. Be sure the spring stays straight.
6. Keep pressure on the end plate and then tighten up the castle nut as much as you can by hand. Then finish tightening with armorer’s wrench.
7. Insert buffer and buffer spring into buffer tube.
Non-Collapsible procedure starts at 02:37.
1. Thread non-collapsible buffer tube onto lower receiver until it gets close to the buffer retainer hole.
2. Insert buffer retainer spring and then insert buffer retainer.
3. Push down on buffer retainer with finger and finish threading on the buffer tube.
4. Insert rear takedown detent pin if not already done. Insert rear takedown detent spring.
5. Slide buttstock onto buffer tube. Be sure spring stays straight.
6. Fasten buttstock to buffer tube with screw.
7. Insert buffer and buffer spring into buffer tube.
