This video takes a closer look at the Bommer 7811-632 Medium Duty Horizontal Spring Pivot- Hold Open Polished Brass Finish.
This has a floor plate for mounting to the floor, adjustable spring, hold open- which means you open it up far enough it stays open at 85 degrees.
This is also available with a jam bracket, though the floor mounted is more common. Also available in light duty or heavy duty.
This includes- two frame plates in a polished brass finish: mount to each side of the spring pivot, a heel plate with the radius to match the door radius, a top pivot, a tension rod, and screws.

The 7811 means that this is a horizontal spring pivot for doors 1 3/8″ to 1 ¾” thick, up to 90 lbs., and up to 3 ft. wide.
Step 1- radius the door on the pivoting side to allow a ¼ margin.
Step 2- Install pivot to the top.
Step 3- Mortise the pivot.
Step 4- Attach to the door.
Step 5- Tip door into opening and mark where the holes go and drill.
Step 6- Set tension and attach decorative plates.
