Our facilities include eight sets of die casting equipment ranging from 125T to 1250T. We have five production lines for sand casting jobs up to 150kg/piece and 30 platforms for smaller projects; Five sets of gravity casting machines; One set low pressure die casting machine. Meanwhile, we have our CNC machining workshop, our CNC equipments are 4axis which can meet high requirements in machining process.
We can also provide tooling, CNC machining, polishing, plating, heat treatment, pressure test, vacuum Impregnation, assembly and testing for your orders.
We have our lab to ensure the raw material of Chemical composition and Mechanical properties. And we always train our QA to use “go or no-go” gauges (to determine if threads or other dimensions holes are correct), micrometers, height gauges, calipers, thread gauges, bore gauges and ring gauges. We have our CMM equipment too, which can meet clients’ dimension demands. Before shipping, we can offer reports to our customers, and we will keep the documents 5years for tracking.
