V2 Composites CFRP T-Biscuits offer an economical and proven way to restore the structural integrity of concrete structures and walls without large disruptions to operations.
V2’s patent-pending T-Biscuits are carbon fiber plates made from custom designed tri-axial fabric designed to repair failed flange-to-flange shear connectors of pre-cast double Tee beams.
The specially engineered tri-axial fabric provides high strength while a proprietary textured glass fabric is bonded on the exterior face to provide additional toughness as well as a rough bonding surface.
